SPEAKER/NETWORKING FACILITATOR'S CODE OF ETHICS

The focus of your presentation should be on the nature of improving and growing business, especially as is helpful for the entrepreneur and small-business owner. These business owners are spiritually minded and looking to actively incorporate that into their businesses practices.

Our goals:

Unite business and professionals in a spiritual surrounding, allowing for limitless individual and group development of spiritual and professional possibilities.
Provide excellent speakers to continually attract new people and support our members in manifesting their greatest levels of service and contribution.

If I am selected to present at a Business Honoring Spirituality meeting, I understand and agree to the following:

If selected to present at Business Honoring Spirituality I agree that I will provide information, business skill sets or topics that business owners can use to grow their business.
I will be contacted by a Speaker or Networking Chairperson
I will be allowed 30 minutes for the presentation, including time for questions.
My presentation title, description, along with my biography and my photograph (as submitted by me via the Speaker/ Networking Facilitator Application form) will be included in the Speaker bulletin.
The same information will be featured on the Speakers' section of the Business Honoring Spirituality website (www.bhsmilehi.org) and other social media sites BHS uses to promote events and meetings.
I will be given a copy of my presentation.
I may place my handout materials and flyers on the participant tables.
I am encouraged to promote my presentation and to bring guests to attend.
I will be gifted with a $25.00 certificate to the Mile High Book Store, Higher Shelf, OR I may have a Speaker Recognition Table at the BHS meeting ($25.00 value) the day of my presentation. There is a two minute opportunity to present in front of the entire group and additional time for those in attendance to purchase goods and pick up more information.
If I have products to sell, I will provide a copy of my Colorado and Lakewood Sales Tax Licenses to the BHS Marketing Coordinator prior to confirmation of table.) (Note: If you do not have these Licenses, please refer to the BHS Website Sales Tax Information section for instructions and links to the appropriate Government agencies.)

If selected to present at Business Honoring Spirituality I agree that I will not:

Market my products as part of the presentation or infomercial up coming programs/seminars.
Express my personal political views.
Model or demonstrate medical/treatment practices.
